According to TMZ, the nasty neighbor had sued the Barbadian singer and her landlord Stephan Yacobian, because visitors to her house often parked on his property.
The neighbor's incessant bickering prompted Rihanna to pack her bags and move else where and now her landlord is fuming at the neighbor for having caused his sale deal with Rihanna to fall through.
Yacobian claims he had an agreement with Mr. Nasty to allow Rihanna to park in his driveway, and now wants to be compensated for the money he would have made in the sale deal.
