The 25-year-old star split with husband Deryck Whibley earlier this year and was recently seen kissing a man at New York's Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel.
Eyewitnesses said to RadarOnline.com that she was sitting on a couch at the bar drinking Belvedere Vodka with a group of pals.
As the track Are You Gonna Be My Girl started to play, sources say she leapt on to the guy she was sitting next to and started kissing him.
It is claimed she then exchanged numbers with the mystery man.
