February 03, 2010, (Sawf News) - Tiger Woods will leave rehab at the end of this week and his wife Elin Nordegren has jetted off to Hattiesburg, Mississippi to pick him up, reports Radar Online.
The couple plan to take a few days off immediately after Woods leaves rehab.
"Tiger and Elin want to be alone out of public when he leaves the clinic," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
Woods is reported to have entered the Gentle Path sex rehab program at the start of the New Year for a six week rehabilitation stint.
It was earlier reported that Woods could return to professional golf within a fortnight at the Accenture Match Play Championship in Arizona.
