Nissan has released a sketched image of the URGE Concept vehicle. The sporty URGE Concept, designed at Nissan's NDA-La Jolla facility, will make its world premiere on January 9th at the 2006 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
A pure, powerful sports car with motorcycle-inspired styling, the rear-wheel drive URGE features a quick, high-revving, small-displacement engine, 6-speed manual gearbox, brushed aluminum-alloy wheels and a color-infused aluminum body panels.
The two-seater Nissan will show off a driver-oriented cockpit with an integrated Xbox 360 gaming system into its dashboard, allowing the passengers to play speed games and feel as if they were really behind the wheel.
According to Wired, the Nissan Urge "has two seats that are modeled to [look] like a cockpit, so the passenger will get to pretend he's driving [via an Xbox] while the driver hopefully isn't too distracted to do the real thing."
